Lease and Drop Camps

ZVI Lease

ZVI consists of 1,000 private acres surrounded by approximately 5,000 acres of BLM land. The lodging is a 900 square foot two-room log cabin. There is a kitchen/living room, and it is separated from the bunkroom and shower by an enclosed breezeway. All housekeeping and cooking appliances are included. Up to 3 hunters for the lease, and ZVI is terrific for archery deer or elk and rifle seasons. The terrain varies between valley and rugged alpine.

Hay Canyon Lease

Hay Canyon consists of approximately 1,500 private acres stretching down several miles of this private valley that is surrounded by 10,000 acres of BLM land. The four-bedroom, 1,500 square foot ranch house also features a living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom with a shower with hot and cold running water. The knotty pine interior also has a fireplace. The lease is for up to 6 hunters per season. Hay Canyon is a mix of meadows and rugged alpine terrain.

Flying W

The Flying W consists of approximately 320 private acres surrounded by more than 3,500 acres of hard to reach BLM land. Lodging is in the 1,500 square foot, 3-bedroom ranch house. There is a kitchen, a living room, bathroom and dining room. There is hot and cold running water. The Flying W lease is in Unit 30, and Unit 30 Mule Deer Vouchers are included in the package. The terrain varies from canyon and fertile valley lands to alpine.
