Grass Fed Beef For Sale

Western Colorado Grass-Fed Beef

Ordering a Half, quarter, or whole cow is the most economical way to purchase beef. All of our beef is 100% grass-fed, and raised without any antibiotics or hormones.

Certified Bird-Friendly

We use grazing cattle as a tool to improve grasslands for the nuanced habitat needs of birds. This is critical as grassland bird populations have decreased by 50% in the last 50 years as their habitat has degraded. When you buy our beef you are supporting the conservation and restoration of bird populations that are essential for a functioning healthy ecosystem.

*PLEASE NOTE- the prices listed below reflect the deposit amount (about 50%). The remainder will be due at pick and will vary slightly based on final weight at the butcher.*

FAQs

When will my meat be ready?

We are currently taking deposits for quarters, halves and whole grass-fed beef orders. These orders will be ready the second week of October 2022.

Will my meat be frozen?

Yes. Frozen meat is actually a higher quality product than fresh meat. The freeze/thaw process is an extension of dry aging. The freezing further concentrates the flavor while the thawing disrupts the sarcomere bonds, further tenderizing the meat.
